Storyline is an award winning producer of documentaries and non-fiction programming. Established in 2000, Storyline Entertainment's mandate is to create productions with a distinct point of view, international appeal, and high production values.

Storyline has an established reputation in the documentary world both in Canada and abroad. Our award-winning films have screened at many festivals, including TIFF, Tribeca, Full Frame, True/False, IDFA and Hot Docs. They have been broadcast around the world on channels such as History TV, Discovery, CBC, National Geographic Channels, VRT, ZDF and ARTE.

Our films have been supported by partners such as the Ford Foundation, Sundance Institute, Gucci Tribeca Fund, Cinereach, Impact Partners, BRITDOC Foundation, Chicken and Egg Pictures, and the National Film Board of Canada. Our filmmakers have participated in Sundance and IFC Labs as well as Tribeca All Access and Sheffield MeetMarket programs. Our films have been fiscally sponsored and distributed by companies such as Cat & Docs, IFP and Women Make Movies and have been pitched at fora including Hot Docs, IDFA, Good Pitch, Hamptons International Film Festival and Docs Barcelona.

Recently, Storyline has branched out to work in new interactive storytelling.
